Hi for all.
I want to expand community by Russian users with help translation of available pages of documentation, FAQ and tutorial.
How I can do it? May be need some privileges to edit pages?
Yes, the editor is written to be translated (Qt has a very good framework for this), I can provide you with the translation file and the required tools if you want to translate it, that would be awesome .
About the "Site and Forum" section are you thinking of a forum group or more something like a Wiki?
Good, when I'm complete translate all what I can translate on site, then I can begin work on Editor interface. You can to me all what's need for translation (files and tools).
About the "Site and Forum", I'm thinking about forum group.
And Move this topic to that place in "Suggestions and comments" sugroup.
Damn, I think I hit a Drupal bug when moving the topic ...
Edit: I found a patch on Drupal.org that seems to be fixing the issue at least visually, but the topic has been moved notification is also broken. Oh well...
Today I'm complete translation of Documentation and FAQ to Russian language.
Now I can continue translation of pages, ex. Downloads page and text part of Tutorials (but it closed for me).
Also I want to tell for Russian (and Ukrainian and Belorussian) users in Russian language, something that they have read the current version of the translation, it is necessary for me to identify errors and inaccuracies. Can I do this?
The tutorial nodes should be possible to translate, I need to check that. For the Download page it is more complicated as it is a dynamic php page (in order to have an automatic changelog feed), I can create the page with your translation if you wish me too, but I don't want to impose on your time...
Do you need some special access for people to proof-read your translation?
OK. I will be only translate not dynamic pages.
Special access not needed. Simply their can read translation and write on my native language (Rus) on forum (in that thread). I'm thinking what I can break the rules of the forum if I write in Russian. Or no?
Please remind me here about new changes in English version of pages.
About new pages I can read in Track, but changes in pages I'm cannot catch.
Thank you very much.

Sure, it is no problem to write in different languages any place you feel like, it's just that I will not be able to help.

No problem, I added a translation overview module, you can access it at the following url: http://gamestart3d.com/admin/content/translation-overview-manage, this should come handy.
